HOME WITH A WIN: No. 6 Cardinals break for holidays with 102-76 win

The sixth-ranked Cardinals are headed home for the holidays at 13-1 after a 102-76 non-conference road win Wednesday night against Eastfield.

The Cardinals exploded in the second half to improve to 13-1 on the season. The score was tied 45-45 at the half.

Tyson Jolly tossed in 23 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the Cardinals.

Also scoring in double figures were Jairus Roberson with 18, Bruce "BJ" Simmons 16, Marquan Williams 14 and David Nickelberry 13.

Roberson, Simmons and Williams each had three three-pointers.

The Cardinals, 2-0 in conference, are scheduled to return to action Jan. 4 at Lamar State-PA.
